This Privacy Policy explains how Faaast handles personal data when you use the website and planner, including optional integrations such as Google Calendar.

Data We Process

We may process account information, authentication details, planner content, workout information, integration connection status, and technical logs needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Google Calendar Integration

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Faaast requests read-only calendar access so it can scan your calendar availability and help you plan workouts around work and life commitments. We do not request permission to edit, delete, or create Google Calendar events.

Calendar data is used to calculate planning signals such as busy windows, workload pressure, and schedule-aware workout suggestions. We only use Google user data to provide and improve user-facing planner features.

Google API Limited Use

Faaast's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it unless required for security, legal compliance, or with your explicit permission.

How Long We Keep Data

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You can disconnect integrations at any time, which prevents future syncs.

Your Choices

You can choose not to connect integrations, disconnect Google Calendar, revoke Google access from your Google Account settings, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where applicable.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we design the system to minimize access and keep sensitive tokens server-side.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the service or website.
