Faaast notes
The public notebook for the product.
Origin, manifesto, product direction, office hours, and changelog live here so the public story is easy to inspect without hunting through the app.
Start with the week you have
You are not behind. Your week changed.
Pick the situation that feels closest. FAAST starts there, then helps you turn the next seven days into something realistic.
Complete training. Complete training.
Plan the long arc, adapt this week, complete the sessions, analyze what happened, and reflect before the next block.

See this pathWhy these notes are public
Faaast is still being shaped in the open. These pages keep the public story close to the product: where the work came from, what line the AI is not allowed to cross, what is shipping next, and how people can talk back to the founder.
The point is inspectability. If someone is going to trust a weekly training workspace with plans, fatigue, missed sessions, and coach context, they should be able to see the product stance before they start a trial.
FAAAST slows into SLOOOW, then returns.
Try the adaptation
Perfection is the enemy of progress.
Pick up from where you are. FAAST helps you adapt before pressure turns into burnout or injury: protect what still matters, reduce what needs reducing, and leave the rest behind. The training journal is there when reflection helps: capture what got in the way, spot the bottlenecks, and keep the context useful with or without AI. Reflect or skip it. Up to you.
